“we’re all just walking each other home”

Meet Angie.

Hi, I’m Angie—and my path couldn’t have led me anywhere else but here: Helping women balance their hormones and step into the abundant life that’s waiting for them.

My own journey into holistic hormone health began after 10 years of absent periods, anovulation, and being told nothing was wrong by my doctors. But through a holistic approach, I found my way back to balance. I healed and conceived our miraculous daughter naturally. That experience didn’t just change my life—it lit a fire in me to help others do the same.

Now, as a registered International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine, Therapist, certified Holistic HA Practitioner, and yoga instructor of 11+ years, I’ve made it my mission to support women who are ready to feel whole again (or for the first time) and reconnect with their vitality.

I offer personalized hormone balance coaching for women navigating PMS, PMDD, painful or missing periods, anovulation and women who want to build the best foundation as they enter or find themselves in perimenopause or menopause. Through a powerful blend of nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and mindset support, I help you bring your hormones back into harmony—so you can stop just getting through your cycle or the flash and start thriving in your life daily.

Whether you're hoping to restore your fertility, find relief from emotional or physical pain, set yourself up for success as you enter peri-menopause or menopause, or simply feel more at home in your body—I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

Your hormones don’t have stop you from living a full vibrant life anymore. Let’s build a foundation for balance, vitality, and the kind of life that lights you up from the inside out.

Meet Steve.

It’s nice to meet you. I’m Steve. As a clinical psychologist trained in evidence-based and cutting-edge practices, I focus on the whole person as an emerging and dynamic process. My approach aims to help you experience all parts of yourself more fully and to connect you to what is most important to you in life. Our work together will be geared towards helping you see the world through a lens of what you care most about and to exist in a fundamentally different way than whatever difficulty has brought you here.

I have over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents (16 years and older) experiencing difficulties with mood (e.g., depression and irritability), anxiety, life stress, grief, traumatic experiences, relational problems, and many other issues that lead them to be dissatisfied with life. My primary day job involves supervising doctoral-level student clinicians as a clinical professor, and it requires that I stay on the cutting edge of research and practice for a broad range of presenting problems. Therapy is truly a passion of mine in addition to just a career path, and I love what I do.

My integrative approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT; including Cognitive Processing Therapy [CPT] for trauma survivors), Compassion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Somatic Experiencing. I also offer Couples Therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and brief Solution-Focused therapy (5 sessions or less) using Clinical Hypnosis (I am a certified hypnotherapist) combined with Motivational Interviewing for specific behavior change.

I utilize a holistic lens on health and well-being and am also a Certified Personal Trainer that can help you reach your health and fitness goals. While at Penn State University earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I fell in love with testing my body to its physical limits and decided to get a minor in kinesiology. While earning my PhD at the University of South Carolina, I integrated Health Psychology into my research and practice. Doing so has helped me to recognize that physical and mental health are deeply interconnected, and I have yet to see an instance in which addressing one area of health has not led to some positive benefit for a client in the other.
